Lillian helped start a tag football game. It seemed the kids mostly enjoyed standing in their team's huddle and saying "Break!"

Ellis is 3!!!

These are some pictures from Ellis' birthday celebration. She turned 3 on the 18th, but we were not able to have friends over and have cake until Friday afternoon. She was so sweet, she picked out her own dress to wear and really seemed to enjoy herself. In the picture with Ellis is left to right (Mary Morgan Weaver, Olivia Rader (goddaughter), Eva, Lillian Weaver and Jack Bramuchi.


Ellis enjoys getting a stick and writing in this sandy part of the sidewalk a couple houses down from our house.

Eva carrying Lee, he was laughing while she carried him, then began to pout afterward saying that she sqeezed his stomach too tight. I'm posting a few more of Lee than usual because we got a letter from Me Ba, who cared for him in Vietnam and she said she wanted to see some recent pictures of him. I gave her our blogsite and wanted her to be able to see them in the next day or two. Enjoy Me Ba!!

Here are a few pictures from today. I have not been feeling too well today, so the picture of me shows the real me...no make-up and feeling tired. I only have a brief moment to post, I will right more later, but wanted to post these pictures.
By the way, the pictures below are my attemt at trying to get my three kids together.

Our company this Sunday

One of my good friends from high school visited me this weekend and I took a few pictures of her son, Connor, playing around with my kids.
This is Ellis, she is such a fast little runner.
This is Connor Kerce, he is the son of Suzanne Kerce (Mooney). He is a super handsome little boy. Suzanne and her husband, Heath, came for lunch on Sunday with their boy.
Ellis and Lee riding bikes together. They really do seem to enjoy playing together for the most part.
This is an old picture of Eva and her friend Lillian, but I thought I would put it up here because in conversations when I mention Eva's friend, Lillian, you can all at least have a visual of who I am talking about. They live about a block away, and this picture was taken back in April right before the Cinderella Ball with their Brownies Troup.

Tickers at the bottom

I finally figured out how to add a ticker to the bottom of my blog. I had never given it much thought and then I saw someone who had such a cute one and had to copy from the same company. It was truly simple, even for someone like me who is not a direction reader, but a trial and errorer.
All of the kids seem to be doing better. Ellis and I are getting ready to run out for the morning. She has already dressed herself.

The picture of the three kids is on the first day of school. So far all three of them seem to enjoy school this year. Ellis goes only 2 days a week at the Little School at our church. Today she is home sick, Eva has strep but was mended enough to go to school this morning. So far Lee seems to be holding out.
I'm posting some pictures I took from our most recent weekend at the beach. Eva got sick while we were there so she and Ellis and I came home early.
